I am the agent on behalf of BERRY, TYLER RICHARD®, who of which is a franchise and a Canadian citizen under the incorporated Dominion known as the Province of Ontario, which operates under the jurisdiction of the Canada Corporations Act and the 1867 British North America Act. He is also movable through the process of naturalization, as he fits under the definition of “individual” — thereby rendering him a “person” under statutory interpretation and administrative regulation.

I typically naturalize him into the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO, which is the incorporated entity operating under provincial statute, as distinct from the Unincorporated Ontario Republic, which recognizes the original jurisdiction pre-confederation and prior to incorporation.

His citizenship, in corporate and civil terms, is situated within the Federal District (Ottawa) under allegiance to the Crown in Right of Canada, & where it lies in the District of Columbia, exclusively.
